The customer service was horrible. They showed no care and concern for the customer. I reported there was a safety concern due to a rusty nail sticking out from a pallet that scraped my toe and dislodged a chunk of my shoe. Before I could finish explaining I was cutoff and told how she couldn’t do anything about because stuff was on it. Didn’t ask if I was ok at all. I will be contacting management! Hopefully something will be done and there in no other customers injured.
Prejudice management here against their OWN workers. Milwaukee & suburbs are known for being segregated. Im not surprises the manager told the beautiful young lady to go home and get rid of the dreads in order to return to work. Shame on you PET WORLD MANAGEMENT. BLACKLIST THIS BUSINESS
I was an employee here, and I will say this is an awful place. I was discriminated against because I was the only minority that was employed there. The animals there are taken care of just enough to keep them alive... and depending on the animal, they wouldn’t even care if they died because they were “just feeders” or some other lame excuse. I feel like if you work in a pet store, you should love and view all animals equally, whether it be a $2 mouse, or a $1000 bird. The managers there have some of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered, and the staff just goes along with whatever they say. I don’t ever have to step foot back in that store again.

The children love their new hamster....the adults not so thrilled ,they had to assemble the cage!!!This should be offered,or included.
