Pichler painted our home 3 years ago. After inspecting the work, it took a great deal of effort to get them to come out and finish what they missed. Within a year and a half, before the 2 year warranty was up, most of the trim started to peel. Again, after many phone calls were nor returned and emails ignored over months, he finally sent someone out to repaint the trim. Less than a year later, the trim is peeling even worse. It took months, again, to get him to come and look at it. All he did was mail me a proposal, taking no responsibility whatsoever. There's plenty of good companies out there. Choose someone other than Pichler.
I recently had flooding in my home and was looking for plumbing company. These guys responded very quickly and worked really efficiently. Thank you for that and I will definitely spread the word.

The guys that worked for the company were nice and respectful. They were, however, very rushed by the owner. They were paid to seal the wallpaper and paint over it. They never sanded the seams after painting so they are still visible and look terrible. The trim, archways, and doorways where painted so thin that the previous color is still visible. To be clear they were painted white and the previous color was off white. No excuse for that I can think of. I actually ended up just painting another coat on my own after the fact. Oh, the clincher of terribleness was when they needed more paint the owner told me I could pick it up and put it on his account. The only problem was that he had a past due account and I had to pay out of pocket. Then he asked me to pay him before the job was done. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid the damage to your home and use a better company.
