Since the remodel the food and drinks are fantastic. The setting for the movies makes it comfortable to watch your favorite new release. Really like this theater.
Instead of building a bar/restaurant why not keep up with maintenance in the rest of the building? Nope they just let the rest go to pot. We won't be attending a movie here again for a long time! Pick a different theater!
The seats in the theatre are amazing, they recline and you can life the arm on one side, and they have large cup holders. They are newly updated with a bar and an express restaurant for dinning in the theater. I would arrive early because the concessions and bar can move slow and it can take time to get everything you want.
We went to see movies at this theater twice in the past 2 weeks. It's a dump... NONE of the ticket kiosks worked so we had to wait in a long, slow line to get our tickets printed (which is why we order tickets ahead of time... to avoid the stupid line), garbage all over, sink's stopped up in the ladies bathroom & 2 of the bathroom doors had broken locks so if you wanted to use them you had to use your head to keep the door closed and the nice, fancy recliner I got was broken, big hole in the side where the mechanism to put the seat back used to be. And there were people in our seats both times so we had to ask them to move (what's the point in seat assignments if no one pays attention to them?)... so not fun!
This is an excellent theater. We often go to its $5 Tuesday movies, a good deal. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. I especially like the whole ticketing process, where you can buy tickets online (and they waive the service charges if you open an account at Fandango). You can choose your seats online, too, which are all comfy recliners. Then it's a painless process of scanning your smartphone at a kiosk when you get there, and boom! Your tickets are printed and you're in. Seamless experience.
Overall good experience. The downside is the condition of the food at the food court area. The pretzels were so hard and old. We had them remade, those shouldn't even been allowed to still be in the warmer, so better quality assurance is needed. The theater room's themselves are nice, comfortable chairs that recline. No bad seat except the front few rows, recommend the very last row towards the back on the way down towards the first row when you enter the stairs.
