Excellent customer service and helpful staff members. Everyone knows what they are talking about here at Neu's vs the big box stores where it is hard to find someone who actually understands what you are trying to accomplish. Will definitely return here again.
I wouldn't buy anything from me these guys ever again even if you paid me. Milwaukee tools especially. They sell you on a bunch of stuff, get you to spend over a grand and sugar coat it with all these bring it back if you don't like it, we clean them for free. All lies. Take your money elsewhere these guys are full of it.
This is an excellent and well-stocked hardware store that’s far better than any of the national chains. You get personal service from friendly staff members, and expert advice. They even make duplicate keys with outstanding precision, using the old-school method that works on novelty keys as well. This is a REAL hardware store.
Great place for EVERYTHING tool, hardware, remodeling and build-stuff stuff. Lots of obscure tools and high-end equipment. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If you can't find it here, you ain't gonna find it anywhere! The problem with then place (one star off) is that it caters to contracted, thus, it is open early and closes early and closes even more on weekends. Its hard to get into at "normal" person times. Call ahead before you go to see if they have chosen to be open.. it seems to be random!
