Today around noon we went to the Menomonee Falls location. We were the only 2 in the supplement department, but the employee didn't even look up from her computer monitor despite me being 5 feet from her; walking back and forth in front of the Omega 3s. Our cashier was nice, but looked bored. During the credit transaction, a front end supervisor walked up to the cashier's monitor and started taking photos of her screen with her personal device. She didn't ask permission, explain why she was taking pictures, or even acknowledge my presence. I got from their conversation that there were recurring issues with her monitor, but you should ask the customer standing there paying for groceries if it is OK to take photos of the monitor (with personal information on it possibly) with her cell phone. I'm unimpressed. The sushi (and person making it) was good, so this location gets 2 stars.
This place is awesome! Decent selection of non gmo, organic, vegan products out there. The store is a small footprint compared to other groceries stores but you pretty much find everything here. The bulk section is great, fresh peanut butter, so many bulk coffee, olive bar, oil bar, honey bar and fresh oat grinder. They have fresh sushi bar as well. You won't be disappointed, priced accordingly and friendly staff.
The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere BUT make sure you check your receipt and items EVERY TIME. EVERY time I have gone here I have been over charged for something or some of my items have NOT been in my bags that HAVE been paid for. There product is good quality but just watch your bill and items.
Great variety of unique and organic foods. Their sandwich menu looks yummy and thinking of stopping there to grab one on next lunch break when nearby.
What a great experience I had tonight at your store! Karen in Health and wellness took time to find a sore throat expectorant for me and then I went to the deli and Mike made me two of his own version of his favorite sandwiches to take home for dinner. I was so tired and everyone really made my night by showing such kindness! Thanks Angela in the deli for keeping me company while I waited for my amazing sandwiches!
