We purchased two recliners about 2 1/2 years ago. The leather coloring has worn away on one of the headrests. We called for service to get the leather repaired. Steinhafels referred us to an outside vendor. The manufacturer no longer carries the color. These were supposed to be a very high quality Norway recliners. Turns out Norway is just a name and had little to do with Norway quality we thought we were buying.

My son found exactly the grown up bedroom set he wanted and we said good bye to the bunk beds. Cary Bell was patient and helpful, answering all of our questions and finding us several in store deals! The delivery staff was careful in my home and had his entire bedroom set up in no time at all. Thanks Steinhafels; I know we will be back!
Sadly the problem was the horrible quality of the leather and the real manufacturer. I'm not saying don't buy here, I'm saying watch what you buy . I would be a happy customer right now if I would have had better quality like I thought. In this day and age I would expect quality to last more then 2 1/2 years. Bottom line is they may not service what they sell and look very closely at where it is manufactured.
