Man. There are just certain people in certain stores that make and break someone's experience. Today I ran into 16 year old with some really good sales skills and I ran into a 32 year old that knew everything about everything and ruined it for me. Bad enough for me to end the conversation to tell him he was horrible at his job as I was just asking him questions. Four stars for the up and coming kid.

Gift Buyers beware. We went to Best Buy to purchase a sound bar stand as a gift. We had the model number of the sound bar and the sales associate took us over and handed us a stand that was for the the sound bar. 10 days later we gave the stand as a gift and found sales rep gave us the wrong stand for the model number we gave him. The following weekend when my nephew tried to exchange the stand he was told that it was purchased outside the 15 day window and that no returns were allowed. No exchanges, no store credit, nothing.

SO CHRISTMAS BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT BUY YOUR GIFTS FROM BEST BUY BEFORE DECEMBER 20. YOU ONLY HAVE 15 DAYS TO MAKE A RETURN PER BEST BUY RETURN POLICY.

WOW where to begin. I walked into this store knowing exactly what I wanted, (a MacBook Air) 13 days ago. Upon arriving, I immediately asked the gentlemen at the front service counter where I could go to get my laptop, and he pointed me to the back right corner of the store. Which is NOT where the Apple products were. (To that of which I figured out myself.) Next as I am looking at the Apple product's, comparing pricing and such, approximately 5 minutes later I am certain which laptop I want & am ready to purchase. I notice a sales guy approach the Apple area so I reach out and ask him to get me my product and furthermore help me checkout and be on my merry way- as I am talking to this guy, mid-conversation he notices another customer looking at the newer Mac Book's, and I kid you not when I say this, he literally left our conversation to approach the the other customer, greet them, therefore tossing my sale to the wind. Every second I tried to reconnect with this same sales guy, he ushered me aside and told me he would either 1.) Be with me in a moment or 2.) Find someone else to help me. THIS ISN'T EVEN THE WORST PART. I found myself another sales person to help me out, this time it was a lady who seemed nice and would help me speed this along. So we proceed to a checkout. We go through the entire process of signing myself up for a Best Buy Credit Card, and check out my items, just for her to find out she CAN"T complete the sale at that register for some tech reason... SO then we carry over to another register on the other side of the store to which that register did not work either. At this point I have spent about an hour and a half in the store, literally for a transaction that should have taken 15 minutes. I finally left, LOVE my computer, but such awful customer service. I just went back today to pay off my credit card bill today with life 5 minutes to spare out of my busy day, and they could not find my transaction or balance that I owed. Took them 20 minutes to find someone to help me, not to mention the gentlemen who finally did checked my bills for authenticity 4 times, and even called someone over for a second opinion. I was low-key offended. Seriously I will make the drive to any other electronic store for my computer needs...

Went in Sunday night, looking for an antenna, the assistant store manager helped us (don't recall this name). He answered all our questions and directed us to the one that is most likely to work in this area. With his help we were able to watch the Packer game Sunday!

Bought an Asus phone here. Was told it was connected to LTE when it obviously indicated HSPA+. At least they didn't charge me a "restocking fee" when I returned it.
