This used to be a nice place to go to for a massage. They now have constant staff changes and you can never get an appointment.
Theresa was my massage therapist. She didn't really talk to me or explain anything to me when I came into the room. Her massage was fast and didn't feel great. I felt like a car getting a fast oil change or something. Paulita did my facial and it was amazing. She was very nice and professional. I was very happy with the work she did and would recommend her to everyone.
Absolutely worst customer service. I received a coupon to have a spa party with my bridal party from David Bridal.Ive called over five times and was advised by Kathleen that she will call me back because she was unaware of the coupon.She NEVER called me back.Called again today ;spoke to Kathleen again she placed me on hold and stated that it needs to be booked 30 days prior.After calling over two weeks for something so simply and the total disregard of not returning my call is unacceptable.
Had Diamore (don't know if correct spelling, but how it's pronounced, but a African American woman) - it was the worst massage I've ever had. She did not do what I asked - asked for legs and arms and hands for extra attention - she did my legs for like 30 seconds each, and did not even touch my arms and hands. She focused on my back the whole time and it didn't even feel good, it hurt. She did something to my neck and said "don't move", which was not comforting. Now it's the next day and my back is in so much pain. So upset with her service and that now I'm in pain from it. Reception people were nice though.
This was my very first time at a Massage Spa and to my surprise the staff was very pleasant. There was a young lady that assisted with my check in I can't remember her name, but she had such a great smile and awesome personality. She was very informative and went over somethings that I should expect during my visit. My massage therapist name was Theresa. She was quite reserved at first but once we started talking she really opened up. She did an excellent job with my pains. To me she knew exactly where my problem areas where and for that I am so very appreciative of her service. I will definitely reschedule again with her, like I said she was amazing and since I never had a massage before I felt like "Wow, so this is what I've been missing" Overall great experience. Thanks Theresa and to the young lady who made me feel so welcome upon arriving.
